“Emily has coached me through a great year, I am a better rider thanks to her dedication, attention to detail and constant support.
One of my greatest achievements this year was 3rd individually in the Open Eventing at the Pony Club Championships.”
“Emily has taught me for about 4 years in all 3 disciplines of eventing but especially in the show jumping and cross country phases, where her experience and knowledge has been invaluable.
Under her tuition and guidance I have competed at the Mitsubishi Grassroots Championships at Badminton in 2014 & 2015, and without Emily would definitely not have got round the cross country course or jump clear in the showjumping.
I have also competed two years in a row at the u18 championships at Weston Park and again Emily was invaluable, really helping me so much in the jumping phases.
I have been up to the NSEA championships for the past 5 years and Emily definitely has been a huge reason why we have been so successful. Emily has a very professional manner about her and really relates to me and my horse.”
Emily coaches both my daughters, Scarlett & Bindi and always plans her lessons to suit the individual horse and rider. Her teaching is thorough and intuitive.
Emily’s commitment goes beyond the classroom and if we happen to be at the same event as her, she will always offer to walk the cross country course with the girls and warm them up for the show jumping; she once warmed them up for the dressage whilst sitting on her own horse!
At the first event of last season she even phoned to say she’d heard that a ‘corner’ fence was catching a few people out, and told them how to ride it. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and support and look forward to every lesson.
